1. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship all over Pakistan with a flat shipping fee of PKR 250.

2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online bank transfers.

4. Can I return an item?
We do not offer returns. However, you can exchange eligible items within 7 days.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

7. Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes, if the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you can exchange it within 7 days (subject to availability).

8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will arrange an exchange.
